Can I get some assistance with my O2 account? It’s a complete mess and I’m trying to leave O2 entirely now.
I have a raft of issues, but the most pressing one is that I requested a PAC code and moved my number but it seems to be left in some sort of half way house where my new sim is working with my number, but the phone number is still on my O2 account and any text messages from authentication sites etc never arrive.
Can’t wait to be rid of O2! I’ve phoned customer services three times now with regards to the other issues and they are unresolved. I’ve emailed CEO and had zero response.
Cheers

Ok looks like the PAC transfer hasn’t happened. Put old O2 sim in and received all my text messages. Driving me mad this.

If you have submitted your PAC to another network it is their responsibility to complete the transfer, not O2.
You need to speak to the new network to resolve the issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

How do I get a device plan removed that shows as being active and was paid off more than a year ago? Customer services say they can’t see it on my account. I’m also trying to get an airtime plan attached to the iPad which I tried to upgrade and the order ended up a complete mess and stuck on processing. It’s finally been cancelled I think, but I’m stuck with an airtime plan on it that I don’t need.
None of the customer services reps seem to be able to help, so where does that leave me?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
