My New contract isnt set up correctly

I upgraded my account at the start of May - I should be on £12.99 for my tariff and £25 for the phone rental however the Direct debit this month out of my account was for £25.99 and £23.99 - I dont understand why this was double - also I should be getting Corporate company discount - this doesn't seem to have been added even though I have been in store a few times.

Also I seem to run out of data allowance at the start of each month and have to wait till the15th of each month for more, but when I upgraded the assistant said the package I was on would be more than enough for my usage!!!

 

Can you help???

Have you looked at your bill online to see why the charges are higher than expected
