Hi there,
I started a new 02 monthly bill 2 weeks ago but under my login details this has not appeared yet. Only the previous disconnected bill appears. Please can you let me know when the new monthly details will be added to system as I am being charged for both monthly payments currently.

@Anonymous This is not customer service you are talking too. How are you paying for 2 contracts if one is disconnected
