Hello, on my latest bill my NHS discount has disappeared. I have the 10GB bolt on for being an NHS worker. But for some reason my usual discount has gone. I haven’t changed jobs and or plans. Just paid device off. Please advise? Has this happened to anyone else? And I did try and call 202 but I waited over 25 mins to get through and then got through to a lass working from home who couldn’t help as she doesn’t work for customer services. Not her fault at all but everything else is just taking me round in circles.

Discounts are only for the life of the contract.

If you paid it off then that is why there is no discount now.

Did you pay off your device early or did it reach the end of term?

Are sim only contracts eligible @jonsie ?

 

Are there any tariffs and plans not eligible for O2 Open?

We don’t include Pay As You Go, any non O2 Refresh tariffs, sharer plans or business accounts in the O2 Open scheme. Sim only deals and contracts not purchased directly from O2 (e.g. Carphone Warehouse) are also excluded.
