Hi, I currently have 3 mobile phone lines with O2.
The first one ended this month.
The second one ends 02/09/2019.
The third one ends in 2020.
How do I ensure that once the contracts end, o2 closes the accounts? i don't want them to continue the tariff/contract?
I can't find an email address on thier website (which is very disappointing...it 2019!). the contact page lists phone numbers. So much for a communications company!!!
Thanks. Abbas
p.s, I would call them usually, but im working odd shifts at the moment.

You can find all the help here @AbbasB but you will need to speak to them to end each contract. Please don't rely on live chat to do this as they will simply ask you to call.

You have two options @AbbasB if you just want the contract to end:
Follow the guide that @jonsie posted a link to and it tells you this.
Alternatively you can transfer the number to another company/contract which will also end the o2 contract.
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
