Good Morning

Thank you for been there for me during these challenging times

I was able to get a new phone from 02 an upgrade, my new bill is suppose to be 28 pounds a  month, and my insurance is 10 pound a month, Steven the technician who helped me set t his up on 15/4/2020 at 1pm,

I got a bill which is now 64 pounds 63 pence

I am at a loss to understand why this has happened?

Been pensioner this is quite a lot of money for me after paying 17 pounds a month for years

Can anyone help me, I keep calling and all I get is ' thank you and good bye '

Hi @CB

This is possibly due to it being your first bill. It's often more, as you have part month of the old device to settle. It should be normal as expected after the first month. This link should help

Hi @CB , sorry to hear you've had an unexpected bill amount. Do let us know if the above suggestion from @Cleoriff explained this and if you have any additional questions the community could help with. slight_smile
