My 4g isnt working!!

I upgraded from Vodafone a while ago and I managed to get 4g perfectly fine but now I'm with o2 I haven't had 4g. The best data connection that I can get is H+ although 4g has been displayed in the status bar once but it switched back to H+ a few seconds later. I have a samsung galaxy s6.

Shouldn't be any different to voda but check the expected signal here http://status.o2.co.uk/

There is no 4g coverage in my area but I cannot get 4g anywhere, even in the middle of a city

Might be worth calling 202 and asking them to check you have the correct data package on your account.
You need standard data but often a blackberry data package is added in error.
