My 24 month contract is ending on 6 March. Im happy with phone and would like to go Sim only

Hi my 24 mnth contract is coming to an end beginning March. I have always had a 24mnth contract. I am happy with my phone and would like to go sim only. How do I go about this and find the best deal. Im happy with o2 as coverage is good but they dont' have such good deals as other providers. Any tips or pit falls and is it best to go for pay monthly or a yearly deal?

Just call customer services on 202 and you can switch to any simo tariff easily https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/sim-only-deals

The yearly ones are better value but you are tied in for 12 months, so if you intend staying, I'd go for a yearly one.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@AnonymousI went for a sim only tariff when my contract ended. You can have them for 30 days or 12 months. Much better and often there are some good deals to be had wink
