Why is this device no longer showing in the account ? My daughter changed the username and password when she upgraded her phone now the details of mine have disappeared and I can’t add it back as it says it’s already registered

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here.
O2 will need to reassign your account or reregister it with a different email address.
