Hi. Just tried to login to my 02 on my phone. It seems to think I'm a new user and it says it may take 48 hours before I can log in. I've used the app many times 9ver the last 4-5 years on different phones though

If using the app, try deleting, rebooting phone and then reinstall the app.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
