I got phones for two of my children previously, one through an o2 store, the other online. Having just got one for my third, I've learnt about the multisave discount. I don't understand why this is only offered for new contracts. Is there any way of applying it to existing ones, or do I need to cancel the old contracts?
I want to have just one bill to help with budgeting.
