Hi, sorry if this has been posted before. New to O2 & had a quick question. Me & my mum opened a new plan each yesterday. Could i get discount applied to her account. I spoke to Live Chat & they said the lead account is not eligble. What determines me as the lead account, do our accounts need to be linked or something ?
