If you used Tu you would just use your UK allowance and it wouldn't cost you any more.

@jessicac-nails, you could also, if your unable to / or don't want to clear the balance in full, continue to pay for the device monthly, but this would cost more in the long run as you would still have to pay for the airtime that your not using.

I took the new contract out just over a month ago, I will continue to pay the monthly bill up until Dec/Jan, if I can pay off the remaining handset fee then. I will only have the tariff left to pay for the following say 14months? (Or could I cancel the tariffs, providing the handset is payed off?) thank you so much
