Moving to O2 - How do I give my PAC Code?

Hello all, just wondering if you could help a newbie.  I have changed from Vodafone to 02 and need to give my PAC code to change my number over, I cannot find anywhere to do this and I cannot call - can you help?

But that just says to call customer services and I cannot get through to them?

@VickiG2020 Getting through is very difficult at the moment. O2's handling of customer queries during this time has been very poor. Patience and perseverence are necessary. All number available are in the link below. Poeple have had success with the 0800 587 4005 number. Choose any option. Even fraud or lost/stolen if you have to.

Hi I have just done this but it was not easy!!!! I had two numbers to move from EE to 02 as a family sharing package! If you phone 0344 8090202. Wait for the options but not press the option to give a PAC code as the line will go dead! Go through to new consumer contract and then ask to be put through to customer service! Hope that helps. It worked for me x
