Moving number

I signed up on o2 yesterday and recieved phone and sim today? All working. When I signed up I gave a pac code to move a number across from sky just not heard anything. Will my old number just transfer across?

It rarely works first time.

Submit the form from here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number and if you get a text back, you know it's been accepted.

@Macc0912 Reboot your phone every hour or so. If your number doesn't port, you may have to resubmit the form. https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number
