Moving number onto new sim

I've applied to move my sim from my O2 payg to my new o2 contract sim.. Its 48hrs and still no change. I tried calling but due to covid 19 they state only accepting emergency calls. I went back to fill out form manually again incase first attempt failed but website down. Anyone able to advise?

So many people are in the same situation. You can only keep on trying with O2. 8am is the best time to call. Just press any of the options available and see if you can get anyone to help Guide: How to find help & contact O2
