I provided my PAC code to O2 on Saturday to port my old number over.
My EE account has now closed ... but my old number (the one I want to keep) hasn't ported over. When I call someone, the new number shows.
I have tried to change the number in the My Phone - Change to New Number in settings but it simply reverts back to the other number.
Can't speak to O2 as the wait is 30 minutes and my query isn't considered essential given the current situation.
The system is down atthe moment.
We need to be patient whilst it is fixed.
