Hi Everyone,

Ive just ordered a new pay monthly SIM but want to keep my old PAYG number.

Tried to submit the form with old and new numbers, SIM no. but need a PAC code, apparently.

Is that right?  I've requested one by text but it doesn't seem to work - i'm told there's an 'issue' in giving me a PAC code.

What do I do?

Any advice greatly appreicated.

@Dan251

No PAC needed if both numbers are on O2.

You just need to migrate your number.

Update.

I've managed to get a pac code finally.

I've put all the info in this form:

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number/online-form

And "Oops! Something's gone wrong."

Again.  Seems to be a standard response to everything.

Why is everything so difficult?
