I am a O2 customer since last 7 months and now plan to shift to PAYM contract when new iphone are launched. My credit balance as of now in PAYG is around £200. When i switch over to PAYM, what will happen to the balance in my PAYM account.

Your PAYG credit will transfer to a monthly contract and will be used towards your bills each month

Or you can request the funds to be transferred to your bank account

A maximum of £350 credit can be transferred

Plenty of data, minutes and texts. And a hassle free monthly payment. That’s what you get when you move to Pay Monthly. Want to keep your number? That’s fine too. Just fill in this form once you’ve got your new sim. And any of your remaining credit will be added to your new Pay Monthly account.
