I have a pay monthly sim and a pay as you go sim with O2.
I tried to get a 2nd contract with O2 but failed a credit check. They couldn't tell me why but my credit history is perfect and I've been with O2 for over 15 years and never missed a payment.
I decided to switch to Vodafone which had a Black Friday deal 100gb for a tenner.
I gave my PAC to Vodafone today and my pay as you go number moves over on the 1st December.
Am I able to move my £12 credit on my pay as you go sim to my O2 pay monthly sim or will I lose the £12?
Thanks

You will lose the credit if you don't use it before the number is ported to Vodafone.
You could use it to buy something with https://www.o2.co.uk/charge-to-mobile or donate it to a charity etc, but if not it just stays in O2's bank.

@kamalaggi You would need to speak to customer service: Migration & porting into O2 - O2 Community
Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am. The 0800 number isn't available until 9 am.
You can also reach O2 through social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
