Can you get to an O2 store or move to an area where you can get a signal and call CS for free on 202...?

If you can manage to get this app loaded up it will help if you can connect to a wifi signal. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=es.tid.gconnect&feature=nav_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwyLDNd

Try this link http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

Or if you can get to an area that has a signal text the word 'Swap' to 20220

Does the area you you live in have no signal for any network or just no signal on O2?
