Solved: Moto g31

Just purchased a moto g31 and it will not make Wi-Fi or 4g calls even though the technical specs says it can.

It's not currently on the list of O2 supported devices which means it may work but if not there's no support available from O2, sorry.

Try asking O2 to enable it on your account.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Then you can turn it on in your MyO2.
