Résolution of such matters takes ages in normal times @Jamie8.
Can you maybe use a free credit check service to see what exactly is showing on your credit history? Credit Karma used to allow this: https://www.creditkarma.co.uk/signup
If nothing else, you will be able to see what it is you are trying to get O2 to correct or amend.

I will mention our managers here and hope they can help.
However, they wont be on the forum until tomorrow so I doubt it will be sorted as quickly as you need it to be.
