Solved: Monthy Upgrade

I recently got an iphone 6 on my upgrade, decided i dont want it and sent it back.
when / how do i get the option to get another phone? i can see its been signed for so they have received it...

Once the return has been processed your account will be updated and you can upgrade again.
Keep checking your My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
