Hello I need assistance please 

 

I ordered an upgrade that was sent back to the warehouse as the driver didn’t receive the pin to the delivery. 

it’s been 10 days since warehouses received and it’s still showing active on account and I can’t upgrade to order a new device  

 

can an official o2 guru please respond as I am being billed for a device I haven’t got. Many thanks

Also I spoke to o2 customer support and they apparently said it would be sorted by last Wednesday and that is over a week now so I need some information about this please don’t tell me it’s well over what I was supposed to be able at this point and I am not a happy bunny. At all. Many thanks again
