Hello, I pay as you go monthly and I saw on my account that I had already had money taken out as “ monthly payment” on 7th October when it should have been taken out on the 27th October. I then go to find out that it will be again taken out on the 27th of October which is not right as I do not have the money as I had already paid this month please can you help me out. Thank you
