Monthly charges

Is anybody able to tell me why I have been charged extra this month for 02 refresh. This is the first time it has appeared on my bill. Is this now an ongoing monthly charge or a one off payment? Thank you.

O2 refresh is a type of contract. You pay one payment for airtime and one for a device.
You can see a breakdown in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 or if still unsure call customer services on 202 http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Perhaps @Anonymous is yet another customer who believes they are communicating with O2 Customer Services ?

If so they may not think of returning to this thread

Hey @Anonymous please do let us know how you get on and if you found out what the charges were about in the end?

@Beenherebefore is correct that this forum is not customer service, however we have a lot of experienced members here who can advice on non-account-related questions (those that don't require access to your account). slight_smile If you let us know how you got on in the end though, this topic may end up helping other members later on who might have similar questions! slight_smile
