Why have my charges been raised to over £10 suddenly when my usage is only between £7 and £8 over months. I cannot pay any more. I am 80 and need the access to my phone. Otherwise I am very happy with the service I receive. Would i be better on pay as you go ....

Hi @Anonymous we are not customer service so we cannot see why, but you can check in your MyO2 for a full breakdown of charges http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

@Anonymous You can check what the charges are for in myo2 or call customer services. If you would rather be on pay as you go then you would need to cancel your current contract & pay any termination fees

Your tariff would have increased slightly in April by RPI rate but only 2-3%. This is something that would have been pointed out to you when you took out the contract.
To increase that much, you are either going over your allowances or calling numbers not covered or accidentally sending mms instead of texts.
Best option is to call 202 and ask them to clarify as this isn't customer service.
However we can point you to some help links to read if you find out what the extra charges are for.
