Can customers pause paying there bills while this Coronavirus lockdown is on and suspend service until we can return to work? Then resume again with no penalties when the working bans are lifted by the government?

Talk to O2, there is nothing we are aware of. 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
