Hi - I have received my first monthly bill two days ago but I have not even received my Sim yet ( never mind activated it) so I'm not sure why I have received my bill already?

Bills are pay in advance and are raised on sign up and due around 14 days later.
When you are set up contact O2 re any refund
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
