Solved: Monthly Usage

I want to know how many minutes, texts and how much data I have used each month over the last year.

All I can find are a list of charges for each month, without showing me usage. Or a list of the length of all the calls for the last month, without a total number of minutes. I am not keen on adding all of them up.

Go into recent bills in your My O2 and you can change to each of your months bills to see what you've used or call CS and they can give you an average monthly usage.

A person on Payg can get some info on out going info via a form for £10. http://www.o2.co.uk/help/everything-else/how-to-get-a-copy-of-the-information-we-store-about-you#qs

Those on Contract can get this info in your myo2 or call Customer Services on 202
