Hi, I realised that my monthly plan has been increasing steadily the past year. I can’t afford if it gets more expensive than the current deal. I preferably want a deal that’s £20 maximum a month.

If you're still mid term, all you can do is flex your current tariff dowm.

Come back when you're out of contract for advice on the best deals.
