Hi everyone I am new to this writing on this community.
I have had my current contract since September 2019, and paid my bill every month on time. But for some reason yesterday 17th July when my bill was due I tried to pay for it but O2 declined it and im struggling to get through to anyone and I don't know what to do or how to solve the problem.
I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me our with a contact number where I can speak to someone direct not a automated message please.
