So I've noticed over the past couple of months my bill has been £20 over expected. When I have alook at the breakdown there's occasionally £19 in monthly extras (I used a one off data bundle once but never anything else) and in the "things you've bought" section it's showing £9 from SB7 Mobile Ltd. Help please, if anyone knows what this is. I'm struggling to contact 02 as I work night shifts. I think it's a scam, but not sure how to end it. Thankyou.

You will need to contact the company direct asking for a refund and asking them to remove your name from their mailing list.

Hi @Bea1994 SB7 Mobile is notorious for getting people to sign up to their services.

Well documented on here if you do a search. Contact details are here http://www.sb7mobile.com/?/contact_us

You also need to contact customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

and ask them to apply the following two bars to your account (to avoid this happening again)

  • Bar all Direct to Bill Debits
  • Premium Bar (calls to premium numbers, 090, 070 etc.)
