Hi
I am unable to view my previous bills online. I can see the bill for May 2014 and April 2014 but not able to view a bill prior to this. My contract started in September 2013 so I should be able to view all bills since then.

@RajPatel2014 Hi! I am having similar problem. I can see a list of previous Bills going back 12 months but cannot download any of them. My experience is that the best "solution" is to wait 24 hours and try again.

@Anonymous Good news - the O2 Accounts page is back. I have just been able to access bills going back to May 2012. So well done to the O2 backroom boys and girls - another problem sorted!
