Hi,
I was told my direct debit for my phone contract didn’t happen this month, and so paid off my airtime bill via the app (same card details). The direct debit is still showing up on my bank account and O2 app, and wanted to know what to do if I am charged for my airtime bill twice?

It will be a credit on your account and used to pay next months bill, but are you sure the text was from O2 as their are lots of scams around.
If the text was from a mobile number, it wasn't O2.
