Hello, I’m aware that my contract was £116 and I paid it all I’m just wondering why it hasn’t changed and still says I have to pay the £116

The system updates after midnight so should show your payment then.

When did you pay it?

It may take 24 hours to update your account details, however, this isn't customer service so you should call 202 in the morning to check if the payment went through ok.

You should have also received an email confirming the payment was received.

You can also go into MyO2, and navigate down to "Payment History" under "View airtime bill", "Download and print latest bill" to see what amounts were paid recently:

@Chelsea  Pay Monthly customers usually pay by Direct Debit. It's more convenient, and takes the worry out of wondering if your bill has been paid each month. If you don't have Direct Debit set up, it's something you should seriously consider.
