Hi i have had a upfront cost taken from my account but the credit was decline on my account

YOUR bank will return it to you in between 24 hours and 7 days , depending on YOUR banks processing time.

o2 dont have your money, your bank have it held against your account, if it isn't returned in 7 days contact your bank.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
