I have an existing contract which I would like to change by either paying the remainder off and then getting a new phone but I only want 24 month contract can you do this? Or I will continue until the end of my contract then look elsewhere for a new phone?

Upgrade through your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Choose 24 months as your tariff term (customise your plan) and when you go through to checkout, it will add what you owe on your current contract automatically.
