Hi

I have setup a mobile hotspot , I am able to connect , but the hotspot does not connect to the internet.

I have rebooted laptop, redone the hotspot, enabled all the data/wifi options I can see.

Anyone have any other pointers

Thanks

Hi
The mobile hotspot is on the Note 9 , not a dongle

@M5 I have checked the APN setting from the link and they match what I have set on the phone.
Thanks

Check the network settings on your laptop and turn off "metered connection"

apologies, check laptop, metered connection is not selected. This issue is happening with 3 O2 numbers we have at home. Is there anything in the O2 network that could perhaps cause this ?

what tariffs are the o2 phones on?
do they still have data allowance left?
can the phones access mobile data with no issues?
