@josh5

Check your apn https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Android-Devices-Samsung-HTC-Sony/Connecting-Android-Phone-to-Data-Serv... or just reset your network settings.

Is the new sim the correct type for your account?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Have you tried all of this @josh5?
Put your sim in another phone - does data work on the other phone?
Put another sim in your phone - does data work on your phone?
Was either the lost phone an iPhone and the replacement not (or the lost one not and the replacement is)?
Have you checked your network settings match the ones on the link below:

If you have tried all of the above, then please come back and let us know...
