Currently in France data roaming turned on,data available
Any ideas please?

Try manually searching for another network.

If you have an iPhone, change the APN to mobile.o2.co.uk

If none of that works, then contact O2 on all numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
