I cannot use mobile data. I have been to the Apple store and they ran some tests and say there is nothing wrong with the device. I‘m getting no help from o2.

I have factory re-set the device and re-set factory settings multiple times.

Just wondering What the mobile data settings should be?

Any suggestions on how to sort this long running issue I have been facing since June?

Thanks!

Did this issue coincide with an upgrade or tariff change?

If so, they may have failed to enable mobile data on your account, so you need to call customer service to check Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

No. I returned to the office when lockdown restrictions eased I had no connection to mobile data.

Seems to have happened overnight. The 4g icon appears in the screen but no webpages load and no connection to emails.

Settings are as above. So not sure what the issue is.

O2 are saying there is data use on the device but nothing loads up. So frustrating.

Probably better to contact Apple directly. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/iphone

I have spoken with Apple, they were so helpful. They ran some tests and gave me a report to say the issue is with o2. There is nothing wrong with the device itself.

Other SIM cards work in the phone.

I already did a sim swap and still no luck. O2 don’t seem too interested. They have done nothing to help me and have confirmed they will no longer add a credit to my account.
