I bought a 2gb bolt on but it only shows I only have 1.99gb. Why is this?

This due to the wonderful world of Technology and rounding down of data you still have 2GB of data to use 🙂

You will need to login to myo2 to see if there are any bars on your account.

Otherwise call Customer Services on either 202 from your handset or 0344 809 0202. You might be able to speak to an agent on live chat if and when an agent is available by going to https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Hello guys I’ve got, I did change my bank card because of some suspicious transactions, can be some issue on the payment ? from that moment I can’t use the mobile data . Thank you
