I was late paying my bill and my 4G was disabled. I have since paid my bill yet my 4G has not been enabled. If I bought a bolt on would my 4G be enabled or am I just wasting my money?

Check your MyO2 first to see if you have any data left.

I have some, but my 4G symbol isnt even showing when the mobile data is in.
I think it's on O2 end but cant contact them.
