I looked on the my network app and it said that the network is working fine in the area I am in.

Well the mobile data works on giffgaff ok but not on o2.

I got told by someone at the o2 store in Bournemouth that there mite be a block on my account to why my mobile data is not working. I am wondering how I can get a block on my account of my mobile data not working when all I have done is change my sim card to one mobile phone to another mobile phone.

Maybe you should have mentioned you had changed phones earlier?

Check your apn for data is correct first.

As your giffgaff sim is working it sounds like you have a payg apn set.
