Hi All

Recently managed to smash my samsung s7 edge..... need to save some pennies before fixing / buying out of my contract.

I have borrowed a HTC 4G Lite (?) from a friend and put my 02 sim in.

Borrowed phone was originally vodafone but has been unlocked.

I can make and receive calls and texts and can access internet etc via wifi.......

My question / Problem is..

I cannot access internet etc when not on wifi. I have manually added APN details manually.

However still unable to access. I have tried messaging 'Active' to 2020, however received a message back 'unfortunatly we had a problem dealing with your request fro settings.......'

Any advice or help?

When you entered the apn settings manually, did you press save or done?
If a new apn won't save, try editing one that already exists or delete them all and start with a clean slate.
Make sure also that the correct apn for the o2 sim is highlighted as the one to use.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
