hi, 

ive been on tarrif with o2 for 6mos. 
ive just applied for mobile contract. It went through. Ive signed the contract anf sent it back to the same email as it was not written where to send it. and now it processing. Is there a chance that itll still be rejected after receiving all the legal documents cca? And the pcc whatever it is. And how many days do they normally process? Im scared as i saw akot of people being rejected.

Probably best to contact the 

Sales team, you can call them on 0800 081 0255

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Alternatively 

Message them  on

Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Normally if you've got the CCA (consumer credit agreement) it means you've been approved.

You should be able to check by contacting customer services @Elli-----  - either call 202 or 0800 081 0255 (which is the sales team) or messaging on social media:

its already updated in my o2 app device plan and billing. Tracking says it already dispatched. But i dont if i should collect it or not yet. How many days normal from dispatch? Will they update me if ready for collection?

@Elli----- If you arranged to collect your device in store you will receive a notification when it's ready to be collected. Be sure to bring identification with you.
