I have finished paying for my mobile phone but I'm still getting charged the same amount. I want to upgrade my phone but not sure which one yet. Do I keep paying until I find a new phone. Thanks

@Maxine

If you don't cancel you will carry on being charged for airtime only. You shouldn't be paying the same amount. Contact customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2

@Maxine

It sounds like you are on a standard contract in which case you should now change to a sim only tariff whilst you decide what to do regarding upgrading.

Sim only tariffs you can choose from here https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/sim-only-deals#deviceType=phone&contractLength=P12M

You can upgrade your tariff in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2, in store or by calling customer service Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
