I would like to know why it says I have used 80% of my mobile data in 10 days? I have been logged in to my broadband for 4 of them days aswell. There is no way I could have used that much since 16th July. I would understand if I had 1gb a month but I have 4gb!!! I want it sorting as I have now only 1gb to last til 16th August!!!

Your wifi may have dropped out.

Check in your phone settings to see which apps have used to most data.

My wifi has dropped out? My broadband has been fine. I have checked my data usage and I have been using it obviously but no more than normal. I only work 3 mornings a week, there is not a chance I have used 3gb in 10 days the rest of the time I have been at connected to my broadband.
I am getting annoyed with all this messing about, I had problems with my data 2 weeks ago.
